@MTPHereToHelp Traffic cop issued a challan to me for signal jumping even though I provided dashcam evidence that the signal changed from green to amber while I was crossing the signal. The signal changed to red while I was at the intersection. Please asses to revoke the challan.

@MTPHereToHelp Did both. The email redirected me to the grievance platform, which does not allow to attach media, which contains dashcam evidence supporting the wrongly issued challan. When can I assume some sort of response?

@MTPHereToHelp I have raised a grievance for a wrongly issued challan on 11/04. I have yet to receive any kind of resolution. Submitted emails with evidence to the media cell as well as on the grievance portal. When can I expect a resolution please?

@MTPHereToHelp I finally received an email from the Multimedia cell asking me to submit the grievance again via the app. That grievance portal does not allow attaching media, so how am I supposed to submit my dashcam footage? Why the inconsistency and direction to email them in the first place?

@MTPHereToHelp sent an email more than a week ago & no response. Yet we sre expected to pay fines and taxes before due dates. Where is the accountability? Or is this the norm where a tax paying citizen should decided to leave the matter as is and pay a wrongly added fine anyway?

@paytminsider please manage free seating events with more efficiency. We were asked to form a queue for around an hour, only to allow others who came 5 minutes before the event to be seated before us. Your management seems to lack understanding the concept of a free seating event
