At exactly 1:00 p.m. Nigerian time today, Benin Airport stood still as the aircraft carrying the remains of the late Archbishop Augustine Akubeze touched down.
Many times before, he had travelled through this airport and returned home on his own. But today, he came back in a coffin.
It was the final homecoming of a good shepherd to the airport that had welcomed him countless times, to the soil where he laboured, and to the people he served and shepherded for many years.
This time, the shepherd has come home to rest among his people.
I need you to pay Attention to this.
Take a look at the photo below And you will see where Mr Ochacho gave Peller the Documents to the Building of 400M he pr0mised Peller.
Now, zoom the photo and see the name of the Document, you will see POWER OF ATTORNEY
That Power of Attorney is the reason for our discussion today.
You see that Power of Attorney Peller is holding ehn.
Under Nigerian law, Peller did not get legal ownership of any building as promised by Mr Ochacho.
Power of Attorney is just a document that gives authority to Peller to act on behalf of Mr Ochacho concerning the said Building or Property and Mr Ochacho can withdraw such power at any time he wish without Peller's consent or Approval.
And if Mr Ochacho kpai today, the document becomes invalid immediately (revoked)
That document doesn't transfer ownership of Land under Nigeria law.
I am creating this awareness so you don't see this their template as a bechmark for what is legal for Property transfer in Nigeria.
Peller and Mr Ochacho are probably creating content with the whole thing before somebody will say what is Atanda saying.
Rich man dey talk
Atanda sef dey talk

Peller and Billionaire Ochacho, live TikTok a notable moment occurred when Peller requested the documents for the house that Ochacho had presented to him as a wedding gift. Ochacho responded:
Allegedly Peller, you need to understand that I did not gift you the house with the intention of transferring ownership to you. It was essentially a lease arrangement but just that it for for free I didn't collect money. I did not give it to you as your personal property. Since I am not currently using the house, you are welcome to reside there for as long as you wish. The house belongs to my son. Perhaps in the future, when he is older, gets married, and starts a family, he will assume control of it. Therefore, the property is not officially yours. However, feel free and comfortable living in it
If I asked you to name one infection everyone should know their status for, youโd probably say HIV.
And youโd be right.
But when last did you hear someone say they went to check their Hepatitis B status?
Exactly. ๐งต
The amount of lives that have been saved by HIV drugs is truly incredible.
Go read history, in the 80s and see how millions of people died because there was no cure.
How the world called AIDS...GRID- "Gay Related Immunodeficiency Disease".

Many Nigerian Youth Canโt Even Think of Marriage Because They Are Jobless โ Cardinal Onaiyekan
Cardinal John Onaiyekan has expressed concern over Nigeriaโs worsening unemployment crisis, saying many young graduates can no longer think about marriage or building a future because they cannot find jobs.
Speaking during an interview on Frontline, a current affairs programme on Eagle 102.5 FM, Ilese-Ijebu, Ogun State, the Archbishop Emeritus of Abuja reflected on Nigeriaโs economic situation following the recent meeting between the Catholic Bishopsโ Conference of Nigeria and President Bola Tinubu.
Onaiyekan said the true measure of any governmentโs success should be the well-being of its citizens rather than economic indicators such as GDP or reports from international institutions.
He said: โIf we admit that the role of government is the welfare of citizens, then it means we are not going to judge the success of our government on the basis of the statistics from GDP, from the World Bank, or whatever. The important thing is, what, how is the life of the Nigerian?โ
Describing youth unemployment as one of Nigeriaโs biggest challenges, the cleric noted that many university graduates remain jobless despite years of education.
He said: โThe terrible thing now is many of our young people that have struggled to finish university are all going around with their degrees. They are unable to get a job. Therefore, they canโt even think of marriage. They canโt think of starting a family. They canโt think of planning their life. That is terrible,โ the Cardinal lamented.
He warned that growing frustration among unemployed youths could have serious consequences if not urgently addressed, urging the government to show the political will to govern with honesty, fairness and justice.
He said: โThe only thing it takes is a political will to do the right thing, to be honest in how government is run, to be just to everybody, to be fair in this.โ
Why is kidney failure becoming so rampant in Nigeria? I just watched a video of more than 20 people sitting together, and shockingly, they were all battling kidney-related problems.
What makes it even more heartbreaking is that many of them can barely afford basic medication like paracetamol, let alone the cost of dialysis. ๐๐

โPolice want to arrest me for the evidence i released. Police in Lagos just sent me an invitation. This same Lagos that is controlled by AIG Jimoh Moshood. The same policeman that I have evidence against is inviting me for investigation. Jimoh Moshood wants to silence me. They have tried to get me on their side and since I have refused, they want to lure me to Lagos so they can arrest and detain meโ
