How to reach the @claudeai's human agent to resolve the billing issue. this is my 4th day sending all the details in email and chat. getting same response from ai agent every time. issue is not fixed. made the payment, subscription is not activated. it is really annoying
I want to share what it has been like trying to get a refund from @AnthropicAI and @claudeai. I am a paying Claude Max customer and this has dragged on for more than three days with no resolution.
I had the Max 20x plan active from May 3 to June 2. When that period ended, on June 2 I renewed Max 20x for the next month, June 2 to July 3, by paying through their website. The amount, Rs 23,000, which is 200 USD plus 18 percent GST, was deducted from my bank. I received the invoice and the receipt from Claude and the dashboard even showed the plan as paid.
But the plan never actually activated. I waited more than 24 hours and nothing happened. I still had no working Max access, despite a successful payment, an invoice, a receipt and the dashboard clearly showing it as paid.
I tried to get help. The in app support bot acknowledged the problem but never resolved it. The email support only sent automated AI replies that were useless. There was no way to reach an actual human.
Because I still had no active plan and needed it working, I ended up paying a second time, this time through the Google Play Store. That payment went through and my Max 20x finally activated. It is working now.
So I have paid twice for the same month of Max 20x. The first payment, made on their website, was charged in full and gave me an invoice and a receipt, but never delivered the service. The second payment, through Google Play, is the one that actually activated my plan.
All I want is a refund of that first web payment, the one I was charged for but never received anything for. I have the invoice, the receipt and the confirmation mail . It has now been more than three days and I have not received a single human reply, only automated messages. I have even had to raise a dispute with my bank to try to recover it.
@AnthropicAI if someone on your team sees this, please have a real person look into it. I can share all the ticket and payment details privately. I would much rather sort this out with you directly.

Fin AI has repeatedly confirmed this requires human billing/backend reconciliation, but it is still replying automatically instead of escalating. No real human support agent taking over the matter. This is not a troubleshooting issue anymore.
