The junta airstrike by the junta yesterday in Mindat town has demolished several houses, demolishing several homes at approximately 5:20 PM yesterday. Eyewitness accounts suggest that the fighter jet, likely dispatched from Naypyitaw airbase, released 250 lbs bombs over this vulnerable community in southern Chin state, Myanmar.

Since the town was seized and liberated from the junta's control by the Chin Defence Force - Mindat (CDF - Mindat) and its allied Chin Brotherhood groups last year, residents had begun to return and rebuild their lives in the town.

Recent days have seen the junta regime intentionally target civilian populations through airstrikes, leading to an increase in casualties among innocent civilians across the nation.
