The National Unity Government (NUG)-led People Defense Forces (PDF) has arrested 18 junta soldiers, including a major and a captain, and have reported the elimination of 31 junta soldiers during a month-long military operation in the Magway Division of Myanmar, the PDF said.
The NUG Defence Force also said that 52 junta soldiers sustained injuries in various confrontations, with a significant proportion of those killed and apprehended originating from Brigade 99, which is located at the strategic command headquarters in Chauk town.
