@Bell24Andrew @fiona_king_ Thought it was interesting to discuss the challenges faced when approaching stakeholders too. Using strategies such as showing how change has advanced the children’s learning in your class, can be great to allow the stakeholders to see that the change is worth it.

From attending the LAI conference as part of the #si401 module I have gained new knowledge. I found it really helpful and engaging. It gave me a new perspective on EAL and literacy as whole. I am really excited to implument my new learning when I am out as as n NQT.

I found it helpful in this weeks #si401 lecture to discuss the values and interests of various stakeholders who may help us with inclusion in our classroom and school. Putting this into context of previous school placement helped me reflect on my practice and how I can improve!

With the support of my group, I have learned an incredible amount in how to be inclusive in a diverse classroom. For our assignment, our group teased out the class profile and bounced ideas off of each other to formulate a truly inclusive lesson. #si401
