This week we were discussing collaboration and the role of the ISA with @logananna11 One simple idea I took from the lecture was that when introducing change explaining the 'why' behind it can make all the difference. #SI401 @fiona_king_

Another important point raised by @logananna11 in today's lecture was the importance of developing good interpersonal skills. These are at the root of all good relationships and are necessart to effect positive change in schools ! #si401 @fiona_king_
Collaboration is key to achieving an inclusive classroom. By clearly communicating your lesson appraoches to the ISA and explaining how this approach will benefit the learning of all, ISA's will be empowered to implement these inclusive aproaches @logananna11 #si401
Today's class highlighted the value of being friendly and showing interest in aspects of an ISA's life. This is an extremely simple and achievable first step that all NQT's could use in September in an attempt to build positive relationships! #si401
