Made a short film of the Long Eared Owlets I had the pleasure of photographing over the summer. I hope they’re all thriving and with any luck I’ll unknowingly cross paths with them again in the future 💚

I found my garden owl in a tree all fluffed up against the cold. The female then called and he flew over to greet her. They then both bowed down putting the top of their heads against each other and stayed like that for 8 - 10 seconds. perhaps a way of showing affection.
