The Assistant Audit General-Audit, Mr. James Bantu representing the Auditor General, has received and held discussions with a delegation from the German Embassy led by Pia BECKER, Senior advisor at the Germany Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.

The discussions focused on OAG's strategy for the next five years in regard to stakeholder engagement, dissemination of audit results and ongoing cooperation between OAG and the  German Government.

The Auditor General Mr. Edward Akol has signed an MoU with UAE Accountability Authority in Abudhabi. UAE’s main aim is to promote and develop cooperation in public sector auditing. The AG is accompained by AAG/C, Director Stakeholder, Director Forensic Audits, Assistant Director Local Government Audit and Assistant Manager International Relations.

The Auditor General, Mr. Edward Akol, has today presided over the signing of an MoU to formalise the partnership between OAG and Civil Society Organisations,  which aims at scaling up citizen engagement through the Citizen Feedback Platform.
