@MillThat Not quite, the closest I can think of is Patches the Pirate, a card that summons itself out of the deck when you play another pirate. So not from outside the game but actually in your deck and can be drawn but does everything at no mana cost.

@MillThat Modern doesn't have Cavern Harpy, which is the most common combo piece with it in legacy, but you could still use Acererak, which with Aluren wins the game with no other creatures needed in hand or on board. I'd say it would be very good overall.

@golgariguy I think if I was targeted by the cast trigger and had a castable stifle in hand I'd only very rarely use it for that (all depending on context of course). Exiling half the deck should rarely matter outside of some combo lists. Also the attack trigger seems much more threatening.
