Following the publication by Nicholas Kristof in The New York Times of one of the most hideous and distorted lies ever published against the State of Israel in the modern press, which also received the backing of the newspaper, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar have instructed the initiation of a defamation lawsuit against The New York Times.
Statement from the Israeli Consul of the Southeast to StopAntisemitism - "The Consulate General of Israel’s decision to withdraw our support from AJFF was based on the retention of a juror who has centered their public activity harassing Jews on campuses and openly calling for the destruction of the State of Israel.
To call these activities legitimate oppositions to certain actions or policies of the government of the state of Israel is misleading and gives legitimacy to Jew-hatred cloaked in dialogue.
The Consulate General of the state of Israel to the southeast has a zero-tolerance policy against antisemitism and antizionism, which is the right of self determination of the Jewish people.
While we engage in and appreciate constructive dialogue on a daily basis, we will not support an organization or participate in any activities that platforms anyone who calls for the destruction of the state of Israel and the Jewish people."
If you’re not seeing the events of this weekend as cause and effect- you’re not looking.
The very same synagogue in Mississippi that was firebombed by the ku-klux-klan in 1967, was set on fire this weekend.
Not even 48 hours earlier, “protesters” in New York prided themselves on their support for Hamas, across the street from a synagogue.
A reality in which people can freely exclaim their support for a barbaric terrorist organisation, like we saw in New York on Friday, is exactly what leads to people setting synagogues on fire.

We are appalled by the arson attack on the synagogue in Jackson, Mississippi, and by the desecration of this place of worship and the Torah scrolls it houses.
Antisemitism is a poisonous scourge. We are confident that the Mississippi authorities will take all necessary measures to investigate this despicable act and bring those responsible to justice.

Today, Rabbi Eli Schlanger was laid to rest, a beloved leader and friend, brutally murdered in the antisemitic attack at Bondi. Rabbi Schlanger leaves behind his wife and five children, one of them just two months old. The extraordinary love and inspiration he gave to the community were evident in the overwhelming number of mourners filling the synagogue. Ambassador Maimon was honored to stand with the family as they grieve this immense loss. May his memory be a blessing.
For the last couple of days I was visiting Nashville Tennessee. On that trip I met Senator @MarshaBlackburn and we spoke about the comminalities between #Israel and the #USA and in particular #Tennessee. I thanked her for her leadership and support for Israel.
The National Task Force to Combat Antisemitism, a project of @Heritage, has done valuable work. But free speech includes the right to associate—and not to.
I cannot serve under someone who thinks Nazis are worth debating. Here is my resignation letter:
Welcome back to Delta Air Lines from #Atlanta and #Boston to #Israel. We missed these incredible direct flights. My family and I and many others from the southeast, northeast and #Israel will benefit from this.
This couldn't have happend without the hard work and support of many of our friends and allies in GA like @GovKemp and many state electeds especially in the Georgia-Israel Legislative Caucus, Pat Wilson, our great friends from Georgia Solidarity Network and the one and only David Zalik.

Great to visit with @IsraelAtlanta Consul General @EitanWeiss to discuses the strong bond between our State & Israel.
We’re proud to stand with & support our ally & the Jewish people, & we’ll continue to work together to combat antisemitism in all its forms.
Hamas lies. They know where the remaining hostages are. Staged excavations are not only abusive - these violations endanger the ceasefire.
Drone footage shows Hamas moving & reburying body remains - then staging a false discovery for the Red Cross to witness.
Israel categorically rejects the ICJ’s “advisory opinion,” which was entirely predictable from the outset regarding UNRWA. This is yet another political attempt to impose political measures against Israel under the guise of “International Law.”
Today’s ICJ advisory opinion should have called out the terrorist activity that UNRWA has been involved in: UNRWA employees directly took part in the October 7th massacre and continue to assist Hamas’s terrorist operations - all under the auspices of the United Nations. Hamas terror activity within UNRWA took place before the October 7th massacre, during the massacre, and after the massacre. Israel provided the UN with extensive evidence proving Hamas’s infiltration into UNRWA, but the UN has never investigated the full extent of that infiltration. To this day, UNRWA still employs more than 1,400 Hamas operatives. Israel will not cooperate with an organization that is infested with terror activities.
Israel fully upholds its obligations under International Law. Israel fully rejects the politicization of International Law, which seeks to produce political outcomes and impose measures intended to harm the State of Israel.
We hear Hamas and their supporters attempting to draw a moral equivalence between hostages stolen, some in their pyjamas from their beds, and Hamas terrorists convicted of mass murder or detained in the process of planning mass murder.
It’s a lie, of course. Hamas kidnapped 251 people, tortured them, some for over two years.
Israel is releasing some of the worst people in the world. Evil people who may go right back to trying to kill Jews.
We do it because we worship life and want our family members back home. We’ll take the risk.
Don’t buy the Hamas lie. There’s no equivalence. They’re evil. The hostages are innocent. This is about two opposites, not two equals.
For the first time in two years, Gali, Ziv, Eitan, Matan, Guy & Alon are safe - back in Israel, surrounded by love.
We’ve waited for you for so long.
There’s no greater joy than saying: Welcome 🇮🇱home.
137 more provocateurs of the Hamas–Sumud flotilla were deported today to Turkey.
The deportees are citizens of the United States, Italy, the United Kingdom, Jordan, Kuwait, Libya, Algeria, Mauritania, Malaysia, Bahrain, Morocco, Switzerland, Tunisia, and Turkey.
These individuals, who arrived under the guise of “humanitarian aid,” made it clear - through their actions, their rejection of all proposals by Israel, Italy, and Greece to peacefully transfer the aid, and the small quantity of aid they actually carried on their boats - that their true goal was provocation in the service of Hamas, not humanitarian assistance.
Israel seeks to expedite the deportation of all provocateurs.
However, some of them are deliberately obstructing the legal deportation process, preferring instead to linger in Israel.
At the same time, several foreign governments have shown reluctance to accept flights that would return these provocateurs.
Nevertheless, all participants in this publicity stunt will be deported as swiftly as possible.
Hamas-Sumud passengers on their yachts are making their way safely and peacefully to Israel, where their deportation procedures to Europe will begin. The passengers are safe and in good health.
I just had a meaningful meeting with the prez of @AndrewYoungFoun Gaurav Kumar and the chairman, @AmbAndrewYoung, the famous activist, partner & friend of #mlk, former US ambassador to the @UN & a great humanitarian. We spoke about current affairs and the potential of collaboration on #agrotech to solve hunger around the world.
EXPOSED: Official Hamas documents found in the Gaza Strip - now revealed for the first time - prove Hamas’s direct involvement in the funding and execution of the “Sumud” flotilla to Gaza
Hamas documents that were discovered in the Gaza Strip, and are being revealed for the first time, show a direct link between the flotilla leaders and the Hamas terrorist organization.
While Hamas in the Gaza Strip is responsible for what happens inside the Strip, Hamas Abroad is responsible for activity outside the Gaza Strip, with emphasis on the PCPA organization, which is subordinate to Hamas and serves as a wing of the movement.
The PCPA (Palestinian Conference for Palestinians Abroad) was established in 2018 and functions as Hamas’ representative body abroad, operating de facto as Hamas’ embassies. The organization operates under the pretense of civilian cover and is responsible, on behalf of Hamas, for mobilizing actions against Israel, including violent demonstrations, marches against Israel, and demonstration and provocation flotillas.
The first official Hamas document was found in the Gaza Strip - a letter from 2021 signed by Head of the Hamas Political Bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, directly and explicitly calling on the PCPA chairman for unity. In the letter, Haniyeh publicly endorses the PCPA organization. It should be noted that Israel designated the PCPA as a terrorist organization in 2021 due to it being a wing of Hamas.
The second official Hamas document is a list of PCPA operatives, some of whom are high-ranking well-known Hamas operatives. Among the names on the list are Zaher Birawi, who serves as Head of the PCPA’s Hamas sector in the UK, and who is known as a leader of the demonstration flotillas to the Gaza Strip over the past 15 years (number 19 in the document), and Saif Abu Kashk (number 25 in the document), an operative from the organization in Spain. This document was found in a Hamas outpost in the Gaza Strip and proves again their direct connection between the flotilla leaders and Hamas.
In addition to being a Hamas-aligned PCPA operative, Abu Kashk is the CEO of Cyber Neptune, a front company in Spain that owns dozens of the ships participating in the “Sumud” flotilla. Thus, these ships are secretly owned by Hamas.
A full translation of the document in the first comment.
To all of you who enjoy criticizing #Israel and keep a blind eye from the ruthless and murderes behavior of #Hamas toward their own people including women and children, I'm sure you'll completely ignore yet another report like many others proving that. This time from @UNICEF.
