@AngelaP1123 Sa ngayon need mag-follow up kung hindi pa resolve ang issue natin sa kanila para masigurado active yung ticket lalo ng kung pang tech visit yung concern natin. Ako lagi nire-request na ipasa sa expedite team yung ticket ko.
