I think kuda is just been unserious of late
1. Robot replies inapp chat for complaints is it that you guys cannot hire remote workers
2. Customer care number has been down for over 2months this is a dubious act, knowing fully well u guys are mobile no branches

@FirstBankngr I tried withdrawing from a monie point pos on 1feb it declined I was later debited I complained at gwagwalada branch till. Now it's 9working days my money has not been refunded I need my money and ur online customer care services sucks
