@AFC__Xtra@ESPNBrasil How is a player with 6 assist in all competitions last season be considered a heavyweight deal because he's coming to Arsenal. I welcome him to prove me wrong because I consider this deal silly, my opinion. Arteta's mediocrity stinks, sadly Berta is allowing it.๐คท๐พโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ
I strongly believe that good governance is about clearly understanding and executing your role without behaving like you're an angel.
Do you remember when you joined X? I do! #MyXAnniversary
YOU ARE BEING DELIBERATELY BLINDFOLDED BY CHEAP CABINET CAMERA PR STUNTS!
Look at the real metrics: A UPE school with 600 pupils gets a microscopic UGX 20,000 per child annually from the state. That equals a flat UGX 1,000,000 a month to run an entire primary school!
Out of that 1 million, the headteacher must buy chalk, registers, print exams, pay Umeme, and empty full pit latrines. The Education Act makes extra fees illegal, but the state funding makes school closure inevitable if they don't look for survival money.
@BalaamBarugahar, you burn more than 1 million Shillings in premium fuel on a single afternoon V8 convoy trip to Namisindwa, how do you look a desperate headteacher in the eye and handcuff them for trying to keep the school from collapsing?
UPDATE: Minister @BalaamBarugahar has indefinitely suspended the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher of Wabwala S.S. in Namisindwa District, appointing the Director of Studies as acting head following consultations with the Acting Education Minister.
I am deeply disappointed by the unethical conduct displayed by Minister @JustineNameere during these supervision visits.
If the intention is genuinely to improve service delivery, every unannounced supervision should be conducted alongside qualified technical experts who can objectively assess challenges and recommend practical solutions.
Visiting an understaffed health facility and publicly reprimanding the Officer-in-Charge, instead of documenting the staffing shortages and systemic challenges, does little to address the real problems facing our healthcare system.
Effective leadership is about solving problems, not creating spectacles. Frontline health workers deserve professionalism, respect, and support not public humiliation.
@dultrasports Jealousy has never made a man.
Let him feel the pain of watching Arsenal lift the EPL come next weekend. We don't want him to enjoy anything Arsenal
Wavering internship for any cadre is the worst decision any Health Ministry.
This will be taking the Nursing profession back to 1900. We must withdraw this decision @MinofHealthUG. It doesn't intend well for Nursing profession, yet it is the cornerstone of healthcare in Ugand
A recent directive from @MinofHealthUG has stirred concern within Ugandaโs nursing profession.
In an inter-ministerial meeting, it was resolved that nurses and midwives upgrading from diploma to degree level will no longer be required to undergo internship.
