5/ Using live imaging, we observed myotube-to-myotube fusion. This, we think, is very cool and (maybe) unprecedented. Interestingly, erasing TGFß signaling resulted in “giant” syncytia with multiple “branches”. This may be an explanation for split fibers in muscle dystrophies.

Finally completed the analysis of differentially enriched clusters in young vs old transition on #CyTOF dataset.. (red upregulated \blue downregulated in the UMAP ).. Now comes the validation part.. Excited to do some bench work again..
