@OUH_NIPSTherapy They are essentially the same just the definitions of ‘M’ are easier to fit pts into. Yes for our trial period we ended up scoring it for all patients thought to have a potential complex rehab need from AHP ax on admission to ward, when deemed “medically fit” and on discharge.
@OUH_NIPSTherapy BSRM (2014) guideline on rehab for patients in the acute care pathway has been a really useful document for us....it has a section on the RCS-ET and recommends it’s use in an acute setting.
