It's not only drivers who need access to Hall Road cemetery #Hawkwell @RochfordDC. Pedestrians like myself & my 81 yr old father need safe access too. At present it's a #deathtrap. Can you install a crossing /speed restriction at the entrance?

You need to improve access for pedestrians to Hall Road Cemetery #Hawkwell @RochfordDC. Pathway is narrow & dangerously close to high speed traffic. Not helped by people parking on walkway forcing my 81 yr old father & myself into the road
