@bookingcom I'm getting married in July & really need this refund. I was due to get married in Sudan, hence booking the flights, but as the conflict there started, the flights were cancelled, & I'm still waiting for the refund. It's been more than 5 months since the flights were cancelled.

@bookingcom I just got off the phone with your "specialised team" now, who once again claimed they would escalate my case and that a manager would call me. Every time the same response. I need to speak to someone that can actually do something.

@bookingcom Thus is the number I've been calling on a weekly basis with no results. Every time I call, I'm told "we will escalate this case" and yet nothing happens. I was told a manager would call me on Friday, and yet I heard nothing.

I've been calling weekly for months now, always told my case has been escalated by @bookingcom and that they are still waiting for the airline to refund them (which doesnt appear to be the case), and that someone will contact me soon, but I never hear back.

@bookingcom shocking customer service. Flights cancelled by the airline in August 2023. Booking say they are waiting for airline to refund. I called @qatarairways who have confirmed they refunded the amount to https://t.co/ncswOObW3G months ago. Where's my money!!!
