It does say a lot about Gal Gadot's acting if Death on the Nile of all movies is the one you have to use to defend her. That movie is atrocious lol, perfectly plausible in a disaster of a movie isnt exactly a compliment

I still don't understand why her delivery here is heavily criticized.

Gal Gadot isn't a bad actress and English isn't her first language, so expecting her accent and pronunciation to be 100% perfect in every scene is unreasonable.

Even highly acclaimed actors have accent slips. Her overall performance in Death on the Nile was perfectly plausible for the character.
