@KneeReplacement I am now walking normal, 15 weeks and 4 days after the revision, if only he would’ve taken the piece out before (or even better wouldn’t have left it behind) 4 days after the removal I walk normal, YAY!!!
@neiltheknee@KneeReplacement@mattbarbermd@TheKneePainGuru. There is that little piece the surgeon left behind at the revision. So glad it’s out!! I think it’s a splinter of a staple since it’s magnetic. 15 weeks on and I walk normal (op was Thursday 2days ago to remove piece)
@KneeReplacement@neiltheknee@mattbarbermd@TheKneePainGuru, survived my revision, glad it’s all done, now just to get on with the healing process again... pain is more then last time, but it feels way more stable, I just need to keep on top of meds.
@KneeReplacement@mykneeguide@TheKneePainGuru@mattbarbermd, going for a femur/poly spacer/patella button (this time I get one) revision on Thursday, OS agreed that just a spacer revision won't work. My future new hardware! Getting nervous...
@KneeReplacement@neiltheknee@mattbarbermd@mykneeguide, doing a full revision, tibia part stays, it's only the femur part which gets replaced, the spacer will have a raised pin in it. This time I will get a button under my patella. All up the op should be done in a 2hrs
