I would encourage you to check your facts. Denver ranks high on the list of major cities with the most homicides and has spiked since 2020
As we mourn the losses in Lāhainā, it’s worth noting that on this day in 1898, an illegitimate government handed over control of Hawaiʻi to the US. The same government that continues to fail Hawaiʻi today, in her greatest time of need https://t.co/zuPylWNynH
At 3 months following my TKR, I developed medial pain. My therapist say's it is a strain of my MCL due to a change of the alignment.
Why do the docs even leave them in there?" What can I do?
I am 3 months post TKR. Two weeks ago I developed intermittent painful medial pain after exercising. Two different PT's say it is either I strained my MCL or hamstring. Problem is it has not changed and I am very sad.
And thoughts? Why do I even have a MCL?
I have a sub patella button along with my TKR. It is still incredibly painful all around the periphery. to walk down stairs, or do squats. Is that normal? How long does it take for the pain to go away, so I can strengthen my leg?
@mykneeguide Every time I contract my quad, or walk, I get a shift in my knee that I guess is a clunking. What is it? I am concerned. It started 3 days post op and gets more noticeable daily. Any thoughts?
