We had nauseating, disgusting levels of corruption in Tamil Nadu under the DMK. This is known to the entire Universe, not some grand secret.

It reached such Himalayan heights, their own Finance Minister, someone not corrupt who was caught up with the corrupt crowd, was complaining about it (sadly for him his remarks became public and he was demoted to became the IT Minister).

This is not about ideology.
Even the Marxists of Kerala, then allied with the DMK, would say how deeply corrupt the DMK was.

I have always appreciated people like Shri Balagopal, the former Finance Minister of Kerala, for his devoted public service. I am sure he and I will not agree on political philosophy or ideology but I deeply respect him.

If the DMK truly wants to introspect, they must start with their corruption.

Instead, they spend their time attacking a messenger like me as a TVK stooge or a Brahmin or a Sanghi and so on.

May be they can study Kural 423: focus on the message, even if the message comes from a "Brahmin Sanghi TVK stooge" like me:

எத்தனைக் காலம்தான் ஏமாற்றுவார்
இந்த நாட்டிலே, சொந்த நாட்டிலே நம் நாட்டிலே.... என்ற பாடல் வரிகள், தற்போதைய தமிழக ஆட்சியாளர்களுக்கு மிகப் பொருத்தமாக உள்ளன. தேர்தலின்போது போலி வாக்குறுதிகள் அளித்து, மக்களை நம்பவைத்து ஏமாற்ற வேண்டும், தேர்தலில் வெற்றி பெற்ற பிறகு மீண்டும் மக்களை ஏமாற்ற வேண்டும் என்பது தான் தமிழக ஆட்சியாளர்களின் எண்ணமாக உள்ளது. இதற்குப் பல்வேறு சான்றுகள் உள்ளன. அதில் மிக முக்கியமானது, நீட் தேர்வு விவகாரம் சார்ந்தது.

கடந்த 2021 தேர்தல் பிரச்சாரத்தின் போது, நாங்கள் ஆட்சிக்கு வந்தால் நீட் தேர்வைக் கண்டிப்பாக ரத்து செய்வோம், நீட் தேர்வை ரத்து செய்யும் ரகசியம் எங்களுக்குத் தெரியும் என்று பிரச்சாரம் செய்து, தமிழக மக்களை நம்ப வைத்தவர்கள், தற்போதைய ஆட்சியாளர்கள். ஆனால் தற்போது நீட் தேர்வை ரத்து செய்யும் அதிகாரம் ஒன்றிய அரசிற்குத் தான் உள்ளது. மாநில அரசால் ரத்து செய்ய முடியாது என்று தெரிவித்திருப்பது வாக்களித்த மக்களை ஏமாற்றும் செயல் அல்லவா?

எந்தப் பொய்யையும் சொல்லி, தமிழக மக்களை ஏமாற்றிவிடலாம் என்று கனவு காணும் தமிழக ஆட்சியாளர்களின் எண்ணம், இனி வரும் காலங்களில் ஈடேறப் போவதில்லை.

This is not the first time Kerala has dumped its waste in Tamil Nadu. @xpresstn and other media outlets reported some such incidents, but 100s went unreported.
Some past incidents:
Meat waste from a Kerala slaughterhouse was discarded in open place in Thanakkarkulam panchayat of Tirunelveli district in Tamil Nadu. Truck was just fined, not seized. Culprits not arrested.

அதிமுக ஆட்சிக் காலம் தமிழக சுகாதார துறைக்கு இருண்ட காலம் என அப்போதைய எதிர்க்கட்சி தலைவர் மு க ஸ்டாலின் குற்றம் சாட்டிக் கொண்டே இருந்தார். திமுக அரசு சுகாதாரத் துறையினை தற்போது வழி நடத்தும் விதம் அதைவிட மோசம் என்பது போல் உள்ளது. அவ்வளவு மோசம்.

அதிமுக ஆட்சி காலத்தில் நிரந்தர பணியில் நியமிக்கப்பட்ட மருத்துவர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை 12,979 (2013-2018)

திமுக அரசில் கடந்த நான்கு வருடங்களில் மொத்தம் நியமிக்கப்பட்ட மருத்துவர்கள் 1752.

2022ம் வருடத்தில் அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட மொத்த பணியிடங்களில் 1021 பணியிடங்கள் நிரப்பப்படவே இல்லை.

2024ம் வருடம் மார்ச் மாதத்தில் 2550 மருத்துவர்கள் புதிதாக பணியில் சேர்க்க MRB அமைப்பு அறிவிப்பை வெளியிட்டது. அது குறித்து பின்பு எந்த தகவலும் இல்லை. 2024-ம் வருடமும் முடியப் போகிறது.

தமிழக சுகாதார துறையோ பயிற்சி மற்றும் முதுநிலை மருத்துவ மாணவர்களைக் கொண்டு இயங்கிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது. சொல்லப் போனால் அவர்களை மட்டுமே நம்பி இயங்குகிறது. அவர்களையே அதிகம் சுரண்டுகிறது. உண்மையான விடியல் தமிழக சுகாதார துறைக்கு எப்பொழுது வரும் ?

தமிழ்நாட்டின் மருத்துவக் கட்டமைப்பு நாட்டிலேயே சிறந்து விளங்க அரசு மருத்துவர்களே அதன் முதுகெலும்பு.

பொது சுகாதாரத் துறையை மேம்படுத்தாமல் இருப்பது மக்கள் நலனைக் கை கழுவுவதற்கு சமம்.
