・Cyber Republic(CR)は1万ELAを有する者を理事会メンバーとせず、民主的に選出する。もちろんCRはElastos財団の管轄外である。従って、CRに譲渡した1600万枚のELAはバーンしない。
・Elastosの資金フローに関する監査は年に2回実施される。次回は12月。
