Dear future self,
Remember that time you changed your nickname in our friend's server and use it for messages? How you changed your nickname to pls kill me? And how our friend changed it to no. That's evidence that he do care so don't worry.

Dear future self,
Do you remember that time we talked about making a giant pillow fortress when we meet our online friends? That we're gonna have chocolates, smores and other delicious "bad" foods. I hope it will happen.

Dear future self,
I just want you to remember the day when you were sorrowful and you thought your friends doesn't like you anymore. Then we started talking and it made you cheerful.

Your friends love you and they care for you. If they don't talk to you for a while, it doesn't mean they don't enjoy your company. Sometimes, they got caught up on their lives.
Fear is there to warn us and keep us safe, but it should not be blindly trusted. If we never face our fears, we are cowards; if we always face our fears, we are reckless. Balance your fear with reason, assess the risk, and if you determine your fear to be irrational, overcome it.
