@WayfairUK I ordered a bed for my daughter’s birthday. It was meant to be delivered on Friday and it still hasn’t shipped. No-one can tell me why it’s delayed or when it might be delivered. What’s going on?
@WayfairUK I spoke to someone and was told that there is no way for them to find out when it might be delivered and if it’s not delivered by 11 May then to contact the customer service team. This just isn’t good enough - I need a confirmed delivery date or some concrete update please
