Word to the wise - do not book a stag or hen do with @chillisauce. Paying through the nose for next to nothing (e.g. a Travelodge room shared by three people for £75 per night each & refunded £4 for two cancelled activities 🤔) and their customer service is 👎

@DunelmUK Our made to measure online consultant Gemma has sorted it out today (including ringing & emailing late on her day off). Just a shame your customer service team were far less effective and your Solihull store cancelled our fitting for no reason!

Spent just under £500 on made to measure blinds from @DunelmUK to have them not delivered & fitted on the agreed day and then have no record of our order. Not been able to speak to the made to measure department. Quick to take my money but not quick to deliver the goods 😠

@PureGym I turned up for a Burn It class at the City Centre and no one turned up to teach it. There was no email informing me of this. If classes are cancelled how should I be notified?
