Just to add to this: train was cancelled at vauxhall. Everyone told to get off and wait on platform 8. Then everyone at Vauxhall told to go to platform 6, then everyone told platform 3, then everyone told to go to platform 8… and so on.
So far my first experience of the new nationalisation of @SW_Help - it’s taken me 1.5 hours, and I’ve made it from Waterloo to Clapham Junction. My journey home to Hersham will take over three hours today.
We get married in 2 days and just found out @MossBros ordered all our Groomsmen the wrong suits (black suit instead of morning suit) - they also charged both me AND our groomsmen for the same suits telling both that the other hadn't paid.. Never again.
@qrsupport As one of the flights is operated by @British_Airways@qatarairways informed me they cannot make the name change and I will need to buy a new ticket. Even though it is their error that has caused this. Can @traveloneworld help in any way?
Sobbing on the phone to @qatarairways who put 'Howard' on my flight ticket for my honeymoon. I booked under 'Howard-Williams' and they said they don't accept hyphens. Apparently I now need to buy a new ticket under 'Williams'. Now flying without my husband.
@SW_Help have decided to make the peak commuter 18:17 Shepperton train from Vauxhall a 5 coach train?!?!? Resulting in no one being able to board at Vauxhall as it was so busy.
@TheAA_UK Kept telling him it would be 30 more minutes… for 7.5 hours!! They still aren’t there.
I will be cancelling my membership, my partners, and my company’s business breakdown cover tomorrow… unfortunately for the AA we have a lot of our business cars covered with them.

@British_Airways He tried, and he has got no response. Inter Carribean are saying BA didn't pay them for the flight, BA at the airport are saying its Inter Carribean's fault. Meanwhile they are facing a night in an airport when its definitely not their fault!

@British_Airways The flight was not cancelled. It was with a partner airline who are claiming BA didn't pay them for the flight they were booked on and wouldn't let them on the plane. He is a silver executive club member with BA.
@British_Airways No one seems to be answering the DM - my brother and his girlfriend are stranded at the airport in Barbados and all the hotels are full.
