So, things that nurses are able to do independently would just be part of the standard nursing care charge. However, if a physician orders it, there is the potential for additional reimbursement.

@BeaAForce @nursekelsey @BSumer6 State (jurisdiction) nurse practice Acts grant the power to assess, diagnose (we have our own nursing diagnoses), and treat within our scope of practice. We are a practical arm of collaborations with other healthcare professionals (MD's,PT's, DDS's). I hope that helps clarify.
