@DaleVince @MartinSLewis Maybe the second hand market hasn’t grown enough to bring the price of them down yet. I was looking for a hybrid 7 seater when I sold my vw Tiguan but there was nothing price range that was even close to another diesel mode 7 seater. Wanted to get a start in electric

Anyone with napit finding them a nightmare to get hold of. Call them. No answers. Then get through and can’t talk to anyone. Have to email all time to someone, for it to take days to get a reply to then reply back and then days again. Has the art of talking to someone gone?

Nope it’s the penalty fee. Although I wont told about that. I should just know. Then hung up on me. Thinking of complainin

Has anyone has any issues lately with napit. Auto renewed my membership. Had issues with my phone contract last year with swapping over. But as they said they have tried to contact me and not had assessment it’s withdrawn but keeping all my fee. Fair enough having a few but all?
