میں نے Mezan Bank سے نقد رقم کا ایک سیل بند (Sealed) پیکٹ وصول کیا۔
چونکہ پیکٹ مکمل طور پر بند تھا، اس لیے اسے کھولے بغیر دوسرے بینک میں جمع کروانے کے لیے لے گیا۔
جب دوسرے بینک میں بینک اسٹاف کی موجودگی میں سیل شدہ پیکٹ کھولا گیا اور رقم گنی گئی تو حیرت انگیز طور پر اس میں Rs. 1,500 کم نکلے۔
سیل بند پیکٹ میں رقم کی کمی ایک انتہائی سنجیدہ معاملہ ہے، کیونکہ صارف بینک کی سیل اور گنتی پر مکمل اعتماد کرتا ہے۔
ایسے واقعات نہ صرف مالی نقصان کا باعث بنتے ہیں بلکہ بینکنگ نظام پر عوام کے اعتماد کو بھی متاثر کرتے ہیں۔
میں Mezan Bank سے درخواست کرتا ہوں کہ اس معاملے کی مکمل تحقیقات کی جائیں، متعلقہ CCTV فوٹیج، کیش ہینڈلنگ ریکارڈ اور کیش پیکنگ کے تمام مراحل کا جائزہ لیا جائے، تاکہ حقیقت سامنے آئے اور اگر کہیں غلطی یا غفلت ہوئی ہے تو اس کا ازالہ کیا جا سکے۔
امید ہے بینک اس شکایت کو سنجیدگی سے لے گا اور مناسب کارروائی کرتے ہوئے صارف کو انصاف فراہم کرے گا۔
