@Hermesparcels awful service. You attempted a delivery three days ago, but for the last two days you’ve said my parcels are going to be delivered but they haven’t been. I don’t understand why. We go away Monday and need them by then.

@claireleedham @ASOS_HeretoHelp Hermes are absolutely ridiculous. I’m waiting on parcels too. Why can’t they just go back to using only DPD, never have any problems with them but have had quite a few issues with ASOS deliveries when using Hermes!
