@t0mbfx You just hit the spotlight there. Trading alone without other side activities especially exercise can wear you down in a way not supposed, and if you ain't strong on discipline, you'll see yourself do things you ain't supposed to do in the chart.

Do you struggle with revenge trading?

Then do these…

1/ Use a hard stop (e.g. not more than 2 trades per day)

2/ Have a checklist before placing each trade (so there’s no impulse)

3/ Or even better, automate your entry & exit (so there’s no discretion)

@Rayner_Teo This is a very nice approach. You can ask we'll decide to switch to the demo environment to still get a feel. If it seems much, I'd advise to have a Virtual assistant.
