@Kellblog This was at the top of my feed when I signed in for a breaking news event (the one thing I still use this site for). I really miss your content and would love to follow it on threads, bluesky, or LinkedIn where I am regularly.
@OnlyCFO Wild take. If you’re held hostage, that means you believe employees do have the power to demand this stuff - and you’re correct, at least in terms of the employees you don’t want to churn.
@jerryjamesstone I set it to run after midnight when I do the main dinner dishes which allows me to throw any last dessert stuff or other stuff I find the rest of the night - but I don’t have to decide what was the last thing and hit run.
If your area built out in the 1920s, it almost certainly had this - I've found them all over Del Ray and adjacent areas. This one from Brenton (around Luray/Glendale/Adams) specifies Caucasians only for 99 years from 1925... for those keeping track at home, that's...next year.

Of note is not provision 4, which was as routine as it is horrifying.
More of note is that nearly every other provision remain in our Zoning Code today.

@AJNarod Heck no. Widening roads would simply attract more cut-through traffic from other jurisdictions.
We will, however, continue expansion of mass transit, improving frequency and coverage of service around our community.
@ThomasKunjappu This is a very California take! On the east coast we are back to school already, plus it’s been sweltering for months and the only way to survive another month of it is to anticipate fall.
@MichaelRStrain@jon_rauch The days where “party insiders played a key role in choosing presidential candidates” are LONG gone. The GOP chose a different path and there’s no rewind button.
