Unpopular opinion for managers and H&R. No matter how many applications you receive for a post it is not professional not to provide meaningful feedback. This is relevant at all stages of the academic career.
Register to take part in the ACRICE online pre-conference @AfricaSLP workshop on "Collective Leadership and Career Advancement for Early Career Researchers.
