I've sat through many meetings on #SB498 (the #ClassroomCensorship bill. And after hearing legislators speak, it's clear that there is conern about teaching privilege is the concern. So I want to explain:

14) This has real world consequences. If we ignore exogenous factors people with privilege are going to continue to get into better schools, more scholarships, better job opportunities, even better loans. And the cycle perpetuates. If we recognize it, we can reward real merit.
