Dear @Sonos team. The new app is really frustrating in many ways. It is slower. I spent way more time clicking around. Searches don‘t provide the complete results that I would see in Spotify. This is a joke. Are you testing things yourself? What are your plans to fix all of that?
@Patrick_Spence I am absolutely confused about the fact that a company as awesome as Sonos actually is would go ahead and release an update to its app that scream „we don‘t care about you. we just do what we want and need“. You can do better. You owe it to your loyal customers.
@DVAID23 @Sonos you are apparently not using Sonos for more than simply click and play. that works. But that is it. If a vendor releases an upgrade and does not transparently inform about what won‘t work, this is even close to breaking a contract. What are the people at Sonos thinking. Fail!
@Sonos I am very frustrated for the first time in 8 years with Sonos. First thing I did was switch off auto app update on all other devives in my family so that we don‘t loose former important features completely given the fact that Apple does not provide the option to downgrade apps.
@TomPenny@Sonos What? That is gone? Probably one of the most used features for our kids to add one audio book after the other to create a longer playlist. Definitely a reason to wait a couple months with the update.
@Sonos I like the new design. But where is the quick
access to sound settings like Bass, Trible and for stereo pairs which side should be louder? That was always a very important quick access function. I have tried to find it but it is behind multiple clicks hidden. else great.
@SpotifyDE warum wird eine Musikapp zur Uboot App für Youtube und TikTok Videos? Was soll das? Und dann noch nicht mal eine Option, das zu unterdrücken? Ihr umgeht damit jeglich Parental Control Möglichkeiten. Nach 10+ Jahren denke ich über Apple Music jetzt nach. Fix this!
