@JeepCares We have no vehicle for him to commute to the program. You guys have had the Cherokee at a dealership for over 2 months. If he doesn't have a vehicle and can't commute off campus to the Program he will lose his spot and chance to take advantage of the opportunity.

@JeepCares I am getting ZERO help. No call back from corporate as promised, no help on here, no help at the dealer. I was even told I could pay for it to have it fixed and apply to be reimbursed. Almost $4K I think. Great Customer Care by Jeep. I'm told sorry, can't help ya.

@JeepCares My son is going to lose his spot in this trade program that people apply to and there's a waiting list 2 years long because we won't have a way for him to commute there. This Cherokee has been sitting at a Jeep dealer for months.

@JeepCares My wife is a nurse and with my work schedule, he has to drive himself. This vehicle was for him to use and they're telling me they won't help fix it. This isn't Jeep caring in any way, shape or form. Notice they no longer reply to my Tweets but do to others.

@JeepCares Let's see if even 1 person has had a smooth, seamless repair experience on their Jeep with a safety recall. I would venture to say, the majority are not treated right. Jeep isn't doing right by the owners of Jeep products.
