my excitement for spending the day in the libaray today to start and complete my dissertation proposal is weirdly high... i haven't sat down and done academic work in over 10 months. will i miss this when it is all over in 8 months? (ask me again in about april) 😂

had to cut my run short today because it was just too hot! but then dad took me and the brother to the sports shops today and brought me a bunch of new kit... looks like imma being dying in the heat again tomorrow when i brave another run so i can wear my new stuff!!
