I’ve been doing lots of work over the past week to prepare for the Alliance Super Cup tournament with the squad. I feel super prepared physically and have done a better job dialing in nutrition also. Heading out for OKC first thing in the morning!! Back in the lab after another solid weekend with the squad. I’ve been working to get more flexible and looser behind the plate while still explosive. Lots of stretching, receiving and framing work to help get those extra calls. Working throw down speed and accuracy. We’re playing up against really good 14U teams a lot this season and the runners are faster. Really working hard in the gym @EliteLevelP and with my coaches to get pop time below 1.9 seconds with accuracy.
