Hugely terrible DRM has now been rolled out to all PS4 and PS5 digital games. Every digital game you buy now requires an online check-in every 30 days. If you buy a digital game and don't connect your console to the internet for 30 days, your license will be removed.
I genuinely love this game and think it nailed the creation of a valuable new type of game.
We're going to see another studio/team ape this kind of gameplay and progression of modes within the next couple years, and I just hope it catches on for those people.
Crushing. It was only a matter of time, but really sad regardless. My game of the year so far.
This also feels like an inflection point for me and the overall gaming community, who are primarily motivated by hate snd cheering for things to fail.
Adam Silver has somehow converted possibly the most ANTI-TANKING FANBASE EVER into complete tank commanders
You got Pacers fans who hated rooting for losses now wanting more players ruled out and as many losses as possible JUST TO STICK IT TO THE COMMISSIONER 😭 #YesCers
Sony is crazy because what do you mean Bluepoint, a studio known for remasters/remakes, was making a live service God of War game in the Greek era….
and now Sony is doing a God of War trilogy remake and you’re not getting Bluepoint to do it lmfao
Today @PlayStation showed the gaming world including all independent studios that you SHOULD NEVER agree to be acquired by Sony. Sony didn’t just fumble the bag today but for their future as well, as no self respecting studio would ever consider joining the PlayStation team now.
This game is honestly really neat and is attempting to convince an unwilling gaming audience to even try a game, let alone sell them on a new kind of mode that's created some incredible moments for Mr.
Damn.
Highguard just released a content update, a much-needed sign of life as it rolls into a critical weekend.
Wildlight also promises more, "...we aim to bring a new game mode focused on the Raid experience, as well as some balance adjustments to weapons, among other things."
Along with it, of course, store updates -- some kind of owlbear mount, and airship attire for several wardens.

Interviews with Devs to inspire new Devs.
Promote the next game while people play the current game.
Stop promoting forever games.
Stop cluttering digital stores with content packs.
Games shouldn’t be free.
Get people used to a cadence of fun n’ surprise.
(It worked from the 80s-mid 2010s)
Profits.
Fuck the management up top who make these decisions. People lost livelihoods today and nearly every other day in this industry.
Industry in hell, country in hell, world in hell.
The future, and even the present, are not tenable under capitalism. Fucking grim
Genuinely how could PlayStation not find a meaningful project for Bluepoint to work on.
Why should I have any faith in them keeping around media molecule, or Bend, or Haven.
Studios loaded with talented PEOPLE
Even for storied teams with histories of success and clear strengths, with even clearer audience demand.
It's a capitalist dart board just praying to land on profitability so high it can't be justified to be cut off.
It's not being in the green, it's about unfathomably high
