If it was an issue, he could’ve told the fans to move back, or Harper could’ve asked the ref to. So it couldn’t have been much of a problem in either of their minds.

Possibly constricting Harper’s elbow room a bit more by fans standing closer has NO potential to cause him physical harm (and the ref’s standing right there), whereas if Wemby’s insane launch had landed an inch closer, he could’ve taken OG out for the entire next season
