@AvantiWestCoast @AvantiWestCoast station said I’d be charged if I get on the earlier service which seems unreasonable given my actual train just says ‘delayed’ with no indication of when it will leave. Getting on earlier service and will take my chances on the ticket I have!

@AvantiWestCoast not sure if earlier tweets have been missed… I’m due on the 15:22 from Warrington to Euston but it is quite delayed. I have advanced ticket and really need to be in Ldn by 17:30. Can I get on delayed 14:22 so I’ll arrive on time without charge please?
