@EE Already done on Friday and this was the response after a further call (another hour to get through) yesterday. They were given a white box unit but unfortunately it isn't working properly so they remain without any services. I tried ringing but of course they won't talk to me.

There have always been sudden deaths caused by many reasons - unknown conditions, allergies etc. This was a highly inappropriate question to someone you don't know and who is grieving.
