By the way, @Chase/@ChaseSupport, you know what *every single person* I have shared this story with has said? "You should have used American Express." @AskAmex @AmericanExpress I've been a cardholder for a decade+. Couldn't agree more.

@OAGMaryland I am actually using what precious paid childcare time I actually have to pursue this. @Chase/@ChaseSupport received false docs from MD State Doulas saying they have a no refund/no cancellation policy, so we have no protection through them, either.

@OAGMaryland I will do it as soon as possible. I want to make sure I write the most cogent letter possible and, ironically, because of this exact scenario I am a sleep-deprived mother who has limited time & childcare.

@OAGMaryland We will also have to cancel our @chase/@chasesupport card bc of their failure to understand what is happening here b/c they believe the merchant's correspondence, even though we were issued a refund/receipt in writing.

@OAGMaryland I am loathe to spend even more time and money in my infant's early months pursing criminal charges, and that's what MD State Doulas, Heather K. Delaney, and Jaime-Ann Laidlaw count on. Please protect MD families from this predatory company.
