@alisonprejean @annelonius @notreallyjcm I know you're in Clearwater and I get that building is full but that is not true of the one here. That is not true of many of the buildings around the world. The number of Scientologists is decreasing but the real estate holdings expand. The numbers don't add up.

If I pay up front for 10 sessions but decide after two that it's not for me, can I get my money back? If you believe in Scientology, is going to a Sunday Service enough to fix your engrams?

@annelonius @alisonprejean @notreallyjcm The "No longer forced the same way" is the difference between a religion and a cult. If I go to a Christian service and they pass the basket, I can not give and still come back next week. Scientology has a price list for services. It's not the same.

I'm sure he plans to stick around and hope people will forget about this in time. And if not, it's four years of pay before he gets the boot.

@sepinwall @MarkHarrisNYC I could live with trailers if not for the commercials that air first. Paying for the privilege to watch commercials is truly rotten. Recently went to the movies @CineplexMovies and there were 11 minutes of commercials before the trailers. Who wants to go for that?

This is the problem with city management - downtown isn't a neighbourhood in their eyes. It isn't a place where families live. It isn't a place for a community to thrive. It's not the same as the rest of Ottawa so looking out for the residents there was not a priority.

Kanellakos replied: problem is we don't have locations to park all those vehicles, didn't want them just parking their vehicles in neighborhoods and other streets & walking away. So it was negotiation to balance their need to get downtown, get them to park in controlled areas
