I think @GavinWilliamson needs to resit exams. He’s totally incompetent & fails to grasp the facts. A’level students were downgraded to fit schools historical data. Students didn’t get A grade because school ran out of A’s , so awarded B. Unjust & unfair! #CAGsappeal @JuliaHB1
