#exams2020 can someone advise if I am supposed to register for A Level resit by 5 Feb to stand any chance of getting a new grade even though no official exams will take place and even though I am not linked to a school for a teacher assessed grade?

@aspiringmedic2 I think most just got caught in the external exams and Med school interview prep knowing mocks were a lower priority. Who knew mocks would play such a big part.

Totally defeated. I have tried my best but feel I have failed my child as despite all my efforts it was not enough to get her the grades she deserved. Many benefited with U turn but only those that lost out can feel the pain. #HonourTheOffer #CAGsappeal @ASCL_UK @tes @ofqual

Mine is in same boat and I agree that it’s a different ball game and far too much pressure- have told mine to take a different course with lower grades as I can’t watch what she is going through. It’s really not worth it in my opinion.

How are the Oct exams fair as some kids will sit one whilst others sit 2 or 3? Those sitting just one will push the grade boundaries high as they have had 6 weeks to focus on one subject vs 3. #HonourTheOffer #CAGSAppeal @ofqual @ASCL_UK @GavinWilliamson Fix this pls now.
