@rosetintedlass My brother and sister in law were in the Scilly Isles last week when a group of men walked past them. David said good morning to them without realising that it was Prince William. They did all say good morning back.

@reece_dinsdale It’s from 1880 so would be how it was in 1881 when my great grandmother was born above her father’s tobacconist shop at Paley’s Buildings, Market Place. As you know, some of those old stone buildings are still there. There are lots of old photos on the Normanton Facebook page
