AB 1958 (@Ash_Kalra) has passed the Asm Public Safety Committee.
This bill strengthens the RJA by making it easier to prove racial disparities in charging & sentencing, making sure courts have clearer guidance & that prosecutors are held accountable to disclose relevant evidence.
