@EE Hi! I’ve purchase a 5 day pass to your remote network (EE WIFI Voucher account). 1st hour of using it for an important meeting it’s disconnected at least 15 times. Signal is at 5 bars but it keeps dropping. How do I get a refund for this? Clearly not fit for purpose.

@AvantiWestCoast Well… it’s not. At Lime Street for the last 30 mins & it’s gone from cancelled to delayed. Still delayed. Staff originally said it was stuck at the depot & to get 12:43 but now say it’s running. Has it left the depot?

@AvantiWestCoast Kept checking National Rail & your site which we’re both saying it’s running but at the station it’s cancelled, although announcements say delayed. National Rail still says it’s running. Staff here have no clue. Which is it?

@AvantiWestCoast Is the 12:04 from Lime Street to Euston running? National Rail shows it as running and your website shows it with a yellow warning saying trains may be cancelled until 12:00 but it’s not clear what’s actually happening. We have to set off for the station soon.
